This was a truly great episode, so uplifting and wholesome. Actually, watching it for a second time with your reaction made me think of my own sailing years, which were some of my happiest in my life. I did tear up a bit.

2023-03-19 23:30:51 +0000 UTCI don't think Tech is a narcissist, but it is pretty clear by now that he is on the autistic spectrum so for folks to be showing him wonderful attention and recognition might be behaviour that he's not quite used to from folks outside of his boys. So I love that for him.

2023-03-17 18:30:46 +0000 UTCI really liked this one, super wholesome all around, Tech and Hunter smiled the most in this episode than in any other! And Tech definitely is drawn to Phee in some way, maybe Romantic but maybe not. He seems to like attention, Romar gave him some praise, the Crowd Cheered for him after racing, and Phee flirts with him. Not calling Tech a narcissist or anything, just that he has been getting more attention then ever before and he seems to enjoy it. I bet Cid is going to report the Batch out of spite, and then a Brainwashed Crosshair shows up with Clone Commandos to Pabu😨😔

It offers a place for the Batch to stay if they want to do a big time jump for season 3 or to end the story without killing the characters, witch is refreshing honestly. There is definitely something going on between Tech and Phee. I am still wondering where the Cid plot is going and how it will play out in the rest of the season. I guess we will see next week. Thanks for the reaction and i am sorry for your tech troubles, that sucks.

Originally she just seemed like a shifty pirate, relic thief at best, but now we see she's doing it for the benefit of the refugees on Pabu which is really wholesome. Maybe another reason the boys saw that even if they have certain skills, they can still use them for good.

2023-03-15 22:15:17 +0000 UTCI loved this episode. Such a great detour from the regular either action packed or deeply emotional ones. Apart from the tsunami, this just had such a positive vibe all around. I could definitely see my self settling on Pabu, having grown up close to the sea I just love to spend time by or on the ocean. And yes, on my first watch through I definitely noticed the link between Phee and Tech and regardless of how deep that will go I think it's awesome. They are both nerds in their own field (Phee as an artifacts nerd), so I think they go really well together.
