2023-04-06 10:26:15 +0000 UTCAhhh I LOVE THESE TWO SO MUCH. I always say, my top favorite Master/Padawan relationship One of my favorite Ezra/Kanan moments. As we know, sometimes the Jedi of old weren't exactly known for forming emotional attachments with their Padawans at least not often. So to see Kanan just embrace Ezra's hug, ughh tugs at my heartstrings. Ezra being reassured it wasn't his fault and Kanan never blamed him... I always tear up at that moment. It's so wholesome

Because we cut into the story with the Ghost already overtaken and Maul having destroyed a Rebel transport. I found Mauls droids to be quite funny, just little broken screens for faces rolling around with blasters. The new bit of Holocrone lore, regarding being able to combine them and basically force secrets to manifest through the force was really interesting. Especially because needing a Sith and Jedi to use each Holocrone means that it would be VERY rare to see them work together and use this power. And Maul uses a Force Mind Probe on Hera, the same thing he did to Jesse in Clone Wars, Vader has done it to Luke in Return of the Jedi when he learns that Luke is a Twin, and Kylo uses it on Rey and Poe in episode 7. Basically a mind probe is just when you read someone’s mind, often against their will, which is different to sensing their emotions through the force. So I think Hera had to have Known Kanan’s name was Caleb Doom, and she knew where the Holocrone was, that’s how Maul learned both of those things. I LOVE when Maul mentions that he RULED Mandalore to Sabine! Obviously can’t talk about who “he” is. I love that Maul just wears a T-shirt now, and that he is flying a Mandalorian Gauntlet Star Fighter.
