2023-02-27 00:38:28 +0000 UTCAnother kind of strange, but funny thing is how that unnamed ithorian gets coopted as a taxi driver for Kanan and Zeb when they unexpectedly land on his speeder, and he just goes with it without even a word. I guess he didn't have much love for the empire. And, well, so good to see Ahsoka in action, obviously the highlight of the episode.

I didn't make a comment about her lightsabers because to me, it just seems kind of natural that she would want to get lightsabers again once she reached a point of wanting to help with the Rebellion. Honestly, it didn't seem important enough to mention, which is why I didn't say anything. But now your comment has made it clear that her sabers ARE important/significant and that there is *something* coming in the future about them, whether it's a conversation, a scene, a whole episode maybe, I don't know. So I'll look forward to that, but also wish I didn't know it was coming. 😅 Makes sense Ahsoka would say that knowing who her Master was. 😏

2023-02-24 20:05:14 +0000 UTCA very enjoyable episode! The Fifth Brother and Seventh Sister seemed a bit more capable while hunting the gang. But when Ahsoka showed up they didn’t stand a chance which is really interesting! And before Tales of the Jedi this was the first time we had seen Ahsoka fight inquisitors! Also Ahsoka’s lightsabers!?!? White? Interesting. We did last see her leave at least one of her sabers behind after order 66, possibly both. I think she lost one during the escape. And we saw her fight that inquisitor in Tales of the Jedi while using only the force. So where did she get 2 new white sabers!?! I will say no more🤫. I do however remember losing my mind when I was younger at Ahsoka showing up with a new Color of Saber! Technically the old Jedi that helped Ahsoka get her lightsaber back in the Clone Wars, Master Sinubey, had a blue Saber that looked white, but Star Wars came out and said it was blue, and changed it to a definite blue in Tales of the Jedi. There is a fun connection between Ahsoka and Anakin/Vader here. After Ahsoka knocks the Seventh Sister down, she says “You are beaten.” Which Vader said to Luke in the Empire Strikes Back. And you were right about that Clone Wars ARC that Ahsoka mentions, the one where Cad Bane is kidnapping children for Palpatein.
