I do kinda feel bad for Maul. I would be his friend LOL.

This one was definitely fascinating from a world building perspective. Other than 4 Jedi force Ghosts this is the first time we get to see Spirits in a show, which is pretty interesting. Maul’s room definitely has a ton of Easter eggs in it! And it was truly sad to see just how desperate and lonely Maul is right now. He has always been on a hunt for Revenge on Obi Wan, but in the Clone Wars and Solo it seemed like being a Crime Lord at least gave him something to do in life, but now that he has lost his status and role as a Sith; his Legs; Savage; Mother Talsin; Mandalore; his failed attempt to destroy Palpatein in the season 2 finale, and it would appear Crimson Dawn as well, all he has is his search for Obi Wan and a hope to befriend EzraπŸ’”. Also very interesting to get the Darksaber back

I need to pull up the episode again and look closer at his room to make out all the details. πŸ˜… Maul is definitely the better resurrected characters, that's for sure.

"it ends where it all began", what a way for Maul to tie it all together. Love seeing his "room" and how he's just been living in his obi-wan hatred lair stewing over his hatred for years. He has his Obi-wan sadness souvenirs with Satine and dark saber, and now he knows he's still alive and where he is. It's almost a meme now about how it's hard for people to actually die in Star Wars, and while it may be true, Maul has been far and away the best case for "we resurrected this character with potential and turned them into something great". We're in the meat of the show now so it's just nice to appreciate that we're over halfway done with the show and it keeps delivering.
