A big September ahead...

I'm really pleased that I'm getting in a good routine of knowing a week and a half before the month starts exactly what I'll be doing that month. 👍 Go me!

Welcome to the September schedule for YouTube and Patreon! Let's break this down. Provided that nothing crazy happens in my life in September, then the schedule is:

Even though I haven't put out the August MotM Pick as a watchalong yet, as soon as Kelvar gave his pick to me, I knew this was going to be one that I would want to put on the channel. A cop movie to start the month and close out the month seems good, yeah?

• Ahsoka will be going on the channel in October, but the watchalongs will drop here every week starting tonight! I hope to bring some very early access time to each edit that will go on the channel, I just can't guarantee when those will be. I've also decided to shift the edited releases on the channel. When the finale comes out on Tuesday Oct 3 then my reaction to Eps 1 and 2 will premiere on the channel the very next day on Wed Oct 4. And then 11, 18, and 25 will be dedicated to the Ahsoka edits. I have another vacation in October so doing it this way is a bit of a strategic move for me as there will be a few days in October that I won't be putting out regular reactions because of that time off

Insiders Tiers

• Better Call Saul will start next week and watchalongs will drop on Tuesdays and Thursdays, just like how Breaking Bad was for a long time. At this schedule, BCS will take us to the end of March 2024
• Agent Carter will start next week too, kicking off my journey into the non-Phase Marvel TV series. Watchalongs will drop on Wednesdays and Saturdays. At this schedule, I'll finish Agent Carter by the end of October and then Agents of SHIELD S1 is after that.

For those of you who aren't in the Insiders tiers, I had a little chat with those patrons earlier this month and have decided that I'll be watching the non-Phase shows in timeline order. This means that I jump around a bit between shows instead of watching an entire show all at once.

There are a lot of folks who haven't seen many of these Marvel shows that are looking forward to watching along with me for their first time too, so if any of you want to join us feel free to join Patreon or upgrade your existing membership.

October...

Let's chat about October really quick.

MCU Mondays won't change in October and the Ahsoka episodes will drop every Wednesday that month. So that leaves Fridays and there's only space for three movies in Oct because of my time off. I've already selected the July MotM Winner's Pick (IT from 2017) for one of those days.

The other two Fridays will be decided with some scary movie polls. I had a lot of fun last October kind of dipping my toes in the horror genre so I'd like to do it again. Those polls will come sometime in September. Don't worry, I plan on putting more horror/thriller on the channel outside of just October, but October is always a fun month to do it. 😊

I will make polls out of movies that have been submitted on my Suggestion Form so make sure to get some in if you haven't already!

Now on a personal note... and it's not a happy one so I'm sorry for the low vibes here.

My dog Ella... her old age really hit her hard about a week and a half ago and it's getting visibly worse as the days and weeks trudge along. I feel pretty confidently that I don't have a whole lot of time left with her. I'm monitoring her closely every day and giving her lots of extra attention. I just wanted to give y'all the heads up that there will absolutely be a break because of her that will happen very suddenly at some point in the near-ish future. This is life, some big things in life just can't be planned. I'm hoping for the best out of a low situation.
