Thanks for watching! 😁

Finally got to watch, great reaction! This was definitely (at the time 🤭) my favorite show.. that last episode was just so good.. it really ushered us into the multiverse saga and, for me, painted a picture of how much of a threat he who remains variants are.. he is as Loki says “terrifying”.. also you asked where his variants were I believe.. they didn’t exist yet because there was only the sacred timeline which HWR “wrote” in a way where there would be no variants of him.. but now he’s dead, which opened the multiverse, so here comes his variants.. if you knew that already then nvm lol..anyways, can’t wait for you to get to season 2! Love the SW costume btw 👏🏽

Yes, the feeling of being in a different saga is very obvious at this point now! And I'm excited, even though I know the general consensus is "bleh" about this part of the timeline. 😅

To answer what you asked: After the final episode, I felt really excited about what was next for the MCU! With how the final episode starts, it felt like we were leaving the Infinity Saga behind and blasting off into the Multiverse Saga with a bang. He Who Remains felt like a variant of the new "Big Bad" for this saga, which would replace Thanos. The open ending didn't bother me, felt like it was just the start of great things to come! This whole show was really great. Especially the music and the aesthetic. My favourite MCU show is still to come... 👀 The "Marvel Studios Assembled: The Making of Loki" shows off the art design, sets, costumes, etc. As well as an amazing deep dive into the character of Loki. It's a great documentary, hosted by Tom Hiddleston!

I never thought of that but that makes a lot of sense!

It always occured to me that for Classic Loki to be able to conjure up all of Asgard just like that, I assume he would've had to have practiced doing so many times while in isolation on that distant planet for thousands of years. He probably felt pretty homesick.

So fun! I'm glad you enjoyed and that it's your favourite. Agreed on the character development, for sure. Thanks for all the info as well! Yeah, 1500 years is a loooong time to live in apocalypses and trying not to be caught.

Yay, it was so great to watch these last three episodes with you. ⏰ I hold this show as my favorite. Wandavision was awesome, but the creativity, dialogue, stylistic choices and character growth in this show is just on another level. Sure, Wanda has character growth in her figuring out who she is. Loki on the other hand finds out who he wants to be, on a completely different path from who he is, or rather who he's supposed to be. Sylvie's nexus event, as I interpret the E4 intro, was that she was inherently a good person and not a trickster. While playing, the Valkyrie saved Asgard. When brought into the TVA and seeing the other detainee being handled heavy handed, her instinctive reaction was to want to help him. But Sylvie didn't know any other life and so she wouldn't know why she got the attention of the TVA. The Asgardians do age. They don't live forever, they just live very very long. In Infinity War, Thor claimed to be 1500 years old. Considering Sylvie is roughly similar (physical) age... now that is a heck of a long time on the run, only experiencing one apocalypse after another. 😭 (edit: Oh, and the little character you got a glipse of when transitioning to the underground bunker of King/Kid Loki was Throg. A frog variant of Thor from the comics. The Thanos helicopter is also an Easter egg from the comics)

LOL honestly though.

Loki...making narcissistic self-love wholesome since 2021.

Please enjoy! Is the Season 2 finale for Loki releasing today? I'm not keeping up with it but just assuming since you said today is exciting for MCU. Oh I think The Marvels is in theatres now too.

kaiielle

LOL I have a feeling a few people will say that cause I showed a bunch of friends the costume before recording and nobody had said anything. 😂 But it's fun to poke fun at myself. Thank you!

kaiielle

You know 🤔 I'm such a dummy that I probably wouldn't have noticed that you had the crown upside-down 😅 It happens. No worries Kaiielle. You definitely get an A for effort though ❤️

YAY! I was just randomly opening Patreon on my laptop at the exact moment that your notification popped up on my iPhone. What are the odds? Been looking forward to this...how very exciting today is for all things MCU. 👏🏼😉
