Funny that you mention the tie for Howard. If you look back at earlier episodes he has always worn a knit tie. It really makes him stand out. As Patrick Fabian has said before, when Howard puts on his suit and tie itβs like armor. He feels like the biggest man in the room. The explosion was indeed real, they had a pretty specific set up for that and it looked great. Oh and that was also the same actor from BB who plays Schuler. I would have to say that the reflected image of Saulβs face is one of the more iconic images of the series. It just says it all really.
