Watching this one on a visit with me Ma. I like this film well enough. Hitchcock is known for his great cinematography. This has probably been mentioned already. I can hardly blame him for delivering on what the audience might expect, rather than the technical reality. Plus it's not really what the film is about, obviously. But every time Jeff uses a camera to observe his neighbours, it's visually portrayed as if looking through a telescope. Just bugs me more than it probably should.
