Damn I haven’t rewatched this movie in some 20 years. The premise is really interesting although definitely far from actually being believable. For some reason I remembered being more fond of it back then, not so much anymore. Still a decent watch. FYI — I think the ultimate Richard Gere movie is An Officer and a Gentleman. Worth a watch someday.
