The gym has been kicking my butt in the best and worst of ways.
In an effort to overcome the calories and gains being eaten by the workouts, I'm going to start a daily post recapping the day's push for pounds (or lack thereof) to help get the belly on track towards growth. It will be towards the end of the day every day, excluding Thursday, for the next two weeks.
