Day 1

Yesterday was decent. The gym was better than the eating, but overall it was ok. I'd like to think I'm just pacing myself, but I know it needs to be stepped up some from the eating perspective. I'm going to dig out the appetite stimulants and see if they can bring any assistance to the fight.

One of my biggest challenges is that I'm so all or nothing with gaining that if I'm not eating until I'm maxed out, then it feels like I'm wasting my time. I try to be a grazer, but my standard MO is to eat until I can't move and then pass out on the couch so when I'm not in the mood to totally gorge, then I just starve since it's all or nothing, baby 😎

But the good side about this two week challenge is that it lets me work towards the middle ground of steady progress rather than the wild swings up and down I've used so far in life.

So today is another fresh start, the bar is set, I want to try to beat yesterday even if just by a little bit.
