I've been gearing back up to hop on the gain train and last night was the first big gut buster at the new place. It wasn't planned, but I've been conditioned to eat to capacity once I reach the point where I feel pretty full and that habit was triggered after we got home late last night. Adam had already gone to bed and I wanted to get in a couple shakes before bed. After the first two, I just brought up the rest of the container and chugged it in one go and felt so good.
Once the gaining mode hits, it hits. Tonight is a pizza stuffing followed by more shakes. I'll hop on discord for it and now that we're getting settled in, I want to do a lot more feedings with you guys pushing me so we can still shoot for 300 by the end of the year.With the Carbo Gain unpacked, I've been using that in all my shakes and it's making a difference already. So pizza tonight, maybe I'll pick up Mexican tomorrow?
