After the gym, I came home to eat more and finished the day with the last third of a tray of sausage cajun mac & cheese and two more shakes. Then I proceeded to slip into a mindless food coma and was at peace with the world. I have another six stuffed peppers so I’m going to have that again for lunch today but try it faster this time. I’m happy with my capacity, but my speed needs some serious improvement so that’s next on the list of changes I’m forcing on myself.
