[BCU Bests] Hungry Holler

There is a large chance that, if you're following this page, you haven't read everything that I've ever written - mostly because it's scattered across various websites, or it isn't easily compiled, or so on and so forth.
So, as a treat for my free members and my more game-oriented subscribers, I want to change that! At least once a month (until I run out) I'll be taking some of my favorite stories released to the public and re-releasing them in a way that's more (pardon the pun) digestible. This way I get to showcase some of my favorite works, and you guys get to read something you may have missed!

Hungry Holler (originally written back in 2021) is a sequel to another short story I wrote called Blue Ribbon Binging. It's about a woman who moves back home to her country holler and succumbs to the ways and malaise of southern comfort.
Lyla is a country mouse that moved to the big city in hopes of accomplishing something, but unfortunately bit off more than she could chew. Moving back home with Granny Barb meant that she wouldn't have to deal with the struggles of teaching (not for a while, anyway) but also meant that there was little else to do but fall back into old habits and appetites that may have suited her better back when she was younger.
Follow Lyla's descent into sluggish southern supersize as she finds herself enabled on two ends, both by Granny Barb, and her touchy Cousin Faith.
