Suggest-A-Story, and Other Matters
Added 2024-07-04 21:40:27 +0000 UTCHappy 4th, everyone! Today was an extra day off from my new job, so I've decided to crack down and do some things that have needed doing around here!
First, I've gone ahead and revised a whole bunch of tags that classify my stories, as well as added a few stories to collections where necessary. I'm working on making them genre-themed, but here are some of the more pertinent ones:
Fantasy: Melva's Magical Mass, Perfectus in Mundo, etc
Sci-Fi: The Nash, Panem & the Time Machine
Horror: All of the Halloween Special stuff, plus ASOPOP
BCU: anything tying back to the continuity established way back on writing.com
MILF: Bless Her Heart mostly, but there's a lot of them!
There should be more tags coming, with certain key characters getting their own tags so as to follow their story. Riley is the first one to have gotten her own tag, but if you can think of anyone who deserves one, then lay it on me!
Second, as I near the end of my commission slate (there are still two long stories left, but that's out of more than twenty!) commissions are projected to open sometime in August. I only mention this because I've had frequent requests from people both on and off Patreon to let them know when I have an idea of when I will be free to take on more work. I will make a formal announcement on the matter closer 'til.
and Third, since Mix and Match is over, now we can rotate it out with one of the other games that we play here, and that's Suggest a Story! I'll be opening the floor (in this comment section specifically) for suggestions for a semi-longform story (anywhere from 6-10 thousand words, I'll decide the final count) that will be added onto my commission slate for free once it has been drafted.
There will be an official poll to decide the winner later down the line, once I've gotten a handful of ideas that interest me.
Sequels to stories I've already written are fine, but I'd prefer not to use something like this for unfinished drafts. Before submitting any ideas, please refer to my commission sheet for what does and doesn't fly.

Would love to see a revisiting of Marissa with a couple other top-heavy girls from BCU - maybe meeting up with Piper and making Hannah stuff them/herself out of a combination of lust and envy?

Who would recognize her now? Not only does Helen find annoyance in having to live her life as a fat woman, but a neighbor (and Helen suspects a spy) constantly conducts subtle tests to see if this hefty housewife is really who she says she is. After all, why does Helen still order salads and sits with that huge ass without a care in the world? Helen struggles to maintain a thin woman’s facade of a fat woman, but she better for the good of her family.

She realizes she is that last version of herself to be fit. Different crossroad events in her life where she stayed thin went the other way in these timelines she sees (dealing with college stress by exercising vs binging, taking an interest in running instead of cooking at a club fair). She desperately wants to keep her fitness and her figure, fearing that some canon event yet unseen will plump her up.

Having granted her people this one final boon to make their lives more pleasant sShe looks forward to retiring in the age of introspection and self-growth that will surely follow. It doesn't take long for them to devolve into sloth and passive consumption. The now AI managed entertainment industry gradually becomes the cornerstone of their culture. The scientist is left watching as her once-proud civilisation devolves into a listless NEETs infantilised by their own inventions.

The Artifact corrupts the group and they end up massive. ( Or maybe they just think it's the artifact, cause it's a convenient excuse to be lazy and gluttonous?)
