Ever since she debuted in I Liked You Better Fat, and co-starred in Perfectus in Mundo (not to mention a cameo appearance in Raye & Fayzan!) Riley's been turning readers' heads. But after going through the wringer in those stories, quitting her job, getting dumped by her girlfriend, it only made sense that we'd catch up with her again in Life of Riley, posted last year.
Since then, things haven't been... great for Riley.
Leaving the fitness world behind to be a glorified rent-a-cop wasn't exactly where she expected to wind up in life, but it's a steady paycheck and that has to count for something. Plus there's perks galore - lots of free snacks and time off her feet - and it's not like she has to pass a drug test, so she can smoke as much weed with her roommate as she wants...
She's fine! It's fine. She can handle it.
Guys seriously, she's fine - don't worry about it.
So what if she's put on a little weight? That's like, normal as you get older.
