So far really enjoying myself rewatching my favorite part of one of my favorite shows through your reactions. Since it had been a long time I last watched the anime I had started questioning if my appreciation for this arc was tainted by the peaks it contained, but no, now that I'm rewatching it I can definitely say this part is as good as I remember it to be, if not better. Comedy, fights, emotion, bizarre, characters, setting, pacing... it has it all. I also feel like the show lacks some of the common shortcomings many anime shows have in general. The comedy for example, it's just brilliant and feels much more western friendly than most anime shows. It also never feels like Araki takes shortcuts when writing his fights, they're always so creative and every confrontation holds some value. This being said, your reactions are also really satisfying, its pleasant to see a reactor understand and appreciate the show's eccentric nature so much. Can't wait to see you react to the rest.

That could be by physical means like star platinum's pure strength or by abilities like magicians red's fireballs. Normally, having an "c" or above in a stat means that the stand is already above human level. So theoretically. Even the weakest stand with "c" on power. Would still be stronger than any human that will ever live(that doesn't include vampires, hamon users and etc. Only "natural" humans). That also doesn't take in consideration abilities that go outside the "direct damage" route. Like Enya's justice. Justice had one of the craziest abilities yet. But the stand itself had 0 destructive power, and could only use humans and animals to cause damage to it's opponent's. So even while being super OP. The stand would still get an "c" or even "d" rating on power. Speed is kind of self explanatory. But sometimes, instead of referring to physical speed. It can refer to how long it takes for the stand ability to work. Durability refers to it's general resistance to damage. But also to how long the stand can be "active" without the user being exhausted and having to call it back. Like how much stamina it costs to be used. Range refers to how far away can the stand be from the user while still functional. Normally, great power = low range. Like star platinum for exemple. Completely OP, but has only about 2 meters range. If the enemy is at 2 meters and 1cm away from Jotaro, he can't reach it. Growth potential is the most misleading and confusing. It took me a good year as a jojo fan to get it lol. It refers to how much the stand user have "mastered" it's stand. Small growth potential doesn't mean the stand is weak. It means the user is using it at the maximum of his capabilities and functionalities. So theoretically. All users starts at A and then goes down as they practice and learn more about it's limits. big growth potential means the stand has yet to be fully understood or that the stand has yet new limits to break by practice and experience. That can be an "hint" for us, the viewers, about new abilities or limits possibly showing up later in the story. But can also hint at the opposite. If a character already has low growth potential. We already know that waiting for them to have a new trick or ability reveal is unlikely. And my favorite crusader after Jotato is Kakyion fs. Love to see my boy getting the praises he deserve.

2025-10-16 15:38:09 +0000 UTCSpeaking about anne having a stand, i think araki said in an interview that if he could re-write stardust crusaders, he would have her awaken a stand. And the enemy stand stats are pretty mid-range in this part, further on they get much higher.
