The Future of my Patreon Page
Added 2018-12-03 02:30:05 +0000 UTCHey y'all!
Long time no see! Sorry for the lack of updates. As is usually the case work has kinda been kicking my butt, especially over this Black Friday, so uploading hasnt been as frequent as I'd like it to be on top of having to work through multiple big commissions.
The truth of the matter is that when I started my patreon tiers as they were, I had a LOT more time in a month to get this work done. Back in February when my house flooded, and then in April when I got a new job, that changed and I've been playing catchup pretty much until this point. That's meant a lot of work I've had to consistently push back and apologize for. Honestly I dont think that's far to any of us, so things are going to change around here to accommodate for my new work load.
Starting in 2019, I'll be ending the sketch patreon tier to focus on more of my own work. I know that's a bummer for most of you who came here for the sketches, but now that I have so much less time to work on my own projects, it's kind of a bummer when I only get to make work for myself a couple times a year. Additionally, as some of you may have noticed, meeting a lot of my pledge promises has been pretty much impossible, and I dont think that's fair.
This means DECEMBER is the last month. So if you've got a good idea in mind, lets try and make it memorable. :]
The patreon will remain open as a tip jar, but with the extra time I've gained I hope to upload more frequently, and maybe get a little more input on pieces. As well as uploading at least a piece of monthly fan art for some polls. I've started recording my progress as well, so the hope is to let you guys in on more of the process as it happens. We'll see what the changes will be near the end of december.
I know with this being done that a lot of you will probably choose to end your patronage, which I totally understand. I wanna say thanks to all of you guys who supported me so far. Obviously I'm not going anywhere, and there will be plenty of art to come. But it's time for me to focus for a little bit. I hope some of you will stick with me in 2019. Thank you!
