Hi Ponpu, i'm a western hentai fan and i would like to know if i can buy from you a paid Pixiv request(which is what in the west we call a paid commission) for an illustration. Pixiv requests is a function of Pixiv that allows commissioners to send the money to the artist using Pixiv as an intermediary and many western artist already use it. Regarding PAYPAL, please note that western hentai artists can use Paypal to receive the payments for the commissions that they sell using Pixiv requests(they receive the payment on their paypal account). I don't have paypal and Pixiv requests allows me to pay for commissioned art using only my credit card. Please note that with Pixiv Request the person buying the request/commission ALWAYS PAYS IN ADVANCE THE FULL AMOUNT so using it guarantees that the artist always gets paid.
