In the Army during escape and evasion training we learned to utilize the worst case scenario. In any situation I first envision the worst case scenario, I come to terms with that scenario and begin to build plans to avert that outcome. This system defuses fear and letโs you switch quickly to rational thought. Fear is the enemy of life. Thanks Sis for your wisdom (or for borrowing Rosa Parks ๐)
