2025-04-17 10:43:24 +0000 UTCThere really should be a no harassment policy at your work. If you aren't bothiering anyone and they report you, that can be seen and reported as harassment. You shouldn't be fired if that's the case. Make sure you document everything and then if you do get fired you can can easily take your case to court for unlawful termination and harassment. Talk to a lawyer to get specific details. Ut that's if you want to.

When I have free time, I'll do whatever I want as long as I'm ready to work when the job comes. I can't really give you any good advice because it's a situation I've never been in before. I hope you can get through it. Oh, and I like Taylor. To me, she's the prettiest.

He tried to find fault with every action I took and criticized me. I solved the problem by choosing to ignore him because the most he did was criticize rather than report to the boss.
