Update Regarding Schedule! Kind of important.

Alrighty! So, for those of you who aren't in the Discord server, I'm going to talk about my schedule moving forward now that I've brought more stories into the lineup. Don't worry, once the beginning of the schedule change is over, it's going to be as if there were no changes in the first place on your end. There will still be releases on a daily basis Monday through Friday for the main stories.

All of this is going to, hopefully, make my writing more efficient and of higher quality.

Anyways, to start things off, there won't be chapters today (unless I decide to write more Re:Wan later to get the latter 10 chapters done so that it can be posted to RR next week). Instead of writing, I'm going to do that one thing which I hate doing but is really useful to do. That's right. Outlining. For TTE, EDE, SG, and woof, I'm going to try and type up an outline of at least the next 50 chapters for each story. I've done this once before for TTE, and the 40 chapters that I plotted ahead of time were so easy to go through and were a pretty consistent quality. They also flowed really well and consistently.

This is also the last day my grandma (I am SO getting drunk this weekend) is going to be here, so I'm going to be super distracted for most of the day. Outlining doesn't require as much concentration as writing multiple, full chapters and can be done while being distracted. I already got pulled away five times just while typing this update post.

Starting next week is going to be the biggest change for me.

Right now, I'm writing a chapter of each main story a day. Now that I've got four stories, this is really hard on me. Way harder than I thought it would be. It's not the amount of stories that I have to write; it's having to switch between writing different stories. Generally, by the time I finish writing a chapter for something, I'm in the mood to write more of that story. I don't want to completely switch characters, genres, and mindsets. The true challenge here is swapping between sets multiple times a day. Having to tear myself out of one mindset and then take on a different one for a different story makes my writing much slower and adds unnecessary stress when there is a more effective way to be doing this.

So, what's the more effective way of doing it?

Starting next week, my schedule is going to look like this:

Monday: write 5 chapters of TTE

Tuesday: write 5 chapters of EDE

Wednesday: write 5 chapters of SG

Thursday: write 5 chapters of woof

Friday: work on commissions, and once I'm caught up on those, probably start the other story I've talked about in Discord.

So, this means there won't be another EDE chapter until Tuesday, another SG chapter until Wednesday, and if I get all of woof done this weekend, there won't be another chapter of that until Thursday. However, once I'm done swapping to this schedule, you'll be back to getting a chapter of each story a day. The goal here is to write an entire week's worth of chapters for one story each day, and then release those chapters throughout the week. So, I won't have to write more TTE until the next Monday, won't have to write more EDE until the next Tuesday, etc. Once those first four days pass by, you'll be back to getting a chapter for each main story a day. This also means that I will only have to write one chapter a day before I can post everything for the day, so no more of those super late-in-the-day updates. 

While this will actually be even more writing than I'm already doing, it will be far more efficient since I won't have to continue to switch mindsets multiple times a day. I was able to easily write up 6 woof chapters in about ~7-8 hours because it was the only thing I was focusing on. I didn't have to swap between characters, narrators, genres, etc. If I tried writing a chapter for 6 different stories in a day, that would take me 12-15 hours at least.

tl;dr/recap: by creating outlines for how the next 50 chapters for each story will go, and combining that with a more efficient schedule, all stories should have an increase in: quality, flow, consistent releasing (after the first week of the change), and I should be a lot less mentally dead and stressed out >:^).
