To be more specific, both of them are stripped naked, mottled patterns are printed on their bodies, and hoof-like covers are placed on their limbs. They are also pierced on the inside of their noses, given nose rings, and tied separately to a fence, etc. The man is then squeezed for semen from his penis. Women are given a special drug (which causes them to produce milk) and milked.
