If you would like to be a part of the private community for 30 days, I will host it on Discord. The reason is that some people need to step away from social media because it is their dopamine hit and doesn't seem to make sense to host a group in the middle of that! lol. So, Discord is free but it will be by invitation only so let me know if you are interested.
You will give up your "drug of choice" or all junky dopamine behaviors for 30 days (Hard Core or Hello Kitty options!)
Prep week will be Oct 20-26.
