2022-08-24 00:58:23 +0000 UTCimagine large portion of criminals with light to medium offenses getting their human rights temporarily striped off and their body modified to femboy/bimbo. for hygiene reasons their body hairs and sweat glands are also removed to make them clean and scentless. with brain implants their attempts on human behaviors such as waking on two and speaking are suppressed, they can only act as dogs, any action that may result on harming of normal people are also banned. the food intake and faecal excretion are handled with auto maintenance stations through enterostomy/gastrostomy openings so their mouth and ass can be clean and ready to serve for public services while they roaming around the city like a stray. tons of antiviral/antibiotics will be circulate in their blood so no STD will spread through them. I'd imagine being in such condition that doesn't need to worry about food, shelter, body image and other human problem, can be quite a relief for both the criminals and anyone they serve.
