ProjectR_canberra 1.5 update ( MONARO HWY ADDED )

New Canberra map update, here's a quick summary :
*Added Monaro highway from HUME district to the Malcolm Fraser bridge
*Added hindmarsh dr bridge
*Added Canberra ave bridge
*Added Newcastle street bridge ( not complete )
* Added onramps and offramps to those bridges, they are a bit rough for the time being
*Added Cooyong/parkesway roundabout
*Added Anazcparade/parkesway roundabout
*Added east section of parkes way / morshead drive
*Added two roundabouts on the east section of parkes way/ morshead drive
*Added Kings Ave overpass with the corresponding on and off ramps
there are some current imperfections with the terrain / road surfaces, i'll address those in the next update, along with more road markings and other miscellaneous details.
There have been 3d trees added using the 3d tree app, if you're having performance issues with them, delete the " trees " folder inside the " extensions " folder.
