(Resolved) Money transfer problems

But this is not quite right. No matter how poor my money management is, it was hard to believe that I was spending so much money that I would get into a situation like this.
And the cause turned out to be. It was due to a problem with PayPal, which was preventing me from transferring money from overseas.
I contacted support for this and additional steps were taken.
I'm sorry for causing such a huge commotion.
