P.S. I always feel so frustrated when they just gave up translating the poems and idioms at some points, a great portion of WKX's charm comes from his literacy talents. :( so sad. At the beginning, WKX didn't say "hit it off", he said a Chinese idiom, 一见如故, which is usually used when you find a really good friend after spending a brief time together.

I understand it's confusing for you, because I must say Youku's translation is quite mediocre, lots of meanings gets distorted and many stuff went missing during the translation. You misunderstood at some scenes, that's why it's been confusing and I know it's completely not your fault. I recommend you a YouTuber called AvenueX, she made some very interesting videos about WOF, which help ppl who are not familiar with Chinese culture, poetry, literature reference or stuff like that. The beauty of WOF comes from the culture elements, and also that's why I love this show so much. Anyways, I like ur reactions. :)
