(expired) New tier + tier reward changes

I plan on adding a new and last tier to the patreon soon. This tier would be named "Super Supporter" having the next benefits:
- Commisison discount of 50%
- 1 colored A4 size drawing request
- Patreon only drawings
With this new tier in place, the already existing tiers would get some changes. These changes include:
- Commission discount on Supporter tier reduced from 20% to 10%
- Commission discount on Grand Supporter tier reduced from 40% to 20%
- Requests on Supporter tier changed from a lineart of any size drawing to colored A6 size drawing.
- Requests on Grand Supporter tier changed from colored of any size drawing to colored A5 size drawing.
