Trade out the rope for food and prepare to fly your way into the Everfree.

When you asked how you could reach to that city without a train. He said that you can reach it by walking. There are two ways to reach it. The first is to walk following the train tracks and second is to walk across the Everfree forest. But the second way really dangerous because that forest full of danger. He also offers you some food, but your bag is full right now.
