Use Healing Tears on the younger Plunderseed. It's possible that the young Plunderseed is the Changeling Guard in disguise, or that the Changeling Guard is somewhere around here, since the blood does go in this direction. If the young Plunderseed is not the Changeling Guard, at least you helped it out, which may in turn help it to trust you more so that it may be willing to help you.

You have more then enough health to spare for it. You should also try to assert that fact that you are not a threat to it. Perhaps it could help point you in the right direction later.
