There has always been rewarding to do the side-quest especially by the additional world-building like the TimberPuppy turning into a timberdragon ^^ Friendship comes in all shapes & forms! Plus I believe by helping Young Queen's aunt, Maybe Shining Armor will see in additional that she isn't a mean Changeling once they meet one another, with another ally to her long-quest of meeting her dad. Young Queen has surprisingly enough meet so many different partners and friends, I wouldn't be surprised if they at some point all were to help her in her time of need.
