Hi my patrons! Some of you have reached out with questions regarding how I approach my drawings, so I thought I'd start with something broad. While there's no strict process, this is more or less the usual routine I go through from start to finish. I tend to take a simplified approach as much as possible since my professional background is from TV/cartoons.
I realize some of the steps sound vague, such as the 'final touches' one. If people are interested, I can continue to post some tips-and-tricks here. One I'll give right now is try to add the 'noise' filter to your digital work at the end to give it more of a rustic, less digitally sterile feel.
I've also included the brushes I use on Photoshop here for you to play with if you desire! Please note that for my illustrations it is used with the Pencil Tool setting.
Feel free to shoot more art-related questions here, or DM me if you're shy and I can consider addressing them in future posts like these! Thanks for your support.
