I actually do love this, also gives a bit of a sleazy/morally-bankrupt edge to his boss. 😉 It's an unfortunate match made in heaven since Toby is so eager to please people. 😌

Using Toby as a marketing tool to get more people to come and buy shoes, cause Toby's really popular with the male customers for some reason. The deal they brought up was that if Toby does an extra good job helping clients and getting them to buy stuff, Thomas will give him a pay raise and ... another reward. This is a lot, I know, but it's also hot.
