New Slice-Of-Life Comic: Nothin' Otter The Ordinary!

I've been getting into the slice-of-life genre lately: popular webtoons/webcomics like Pixie and Brutus, Litterbox Comics, Sarah's Scribbles, and My Giant Nerd Boyfriend have been amazing to binge and read lately. Seeing into the ideas and lives of others made me think and realize that there's a lot of interesting and random stuff that happens in my life. Perhaps not as interesting as others, but there are certainly some neat moments!

So I decided I wanted to start my own little comic. I don't know how often I'll update it, but the hope is at least a couple of new entries a month. With the rest of my hectic schedule even simply drawing these panels out in pencil can take a little bit, as can arranging them digitally with some very tiny alterations. But, nothing I can't do in a weekday evening or weekend morning with plenty of time to spare!

A community member came up with a title idea "Nothin' Otter The Ordinary". And you know what? I decided I supremely liked it. So I went with it, and now here it is! My community members really do give me some fantastic ideas. First Poppy's name, and now this? Pure gold.

And these are just the first 5 parts, pilot and 4 episodes! So far it's just me or me and my sister, and that is by design. I know what our animal forms look like, and in case it wasn't obvious that's the whole idea, that every individual is an anthropomorphized animal version, some of which I've decided on, some which I still have yet to ideate or even design! But I can confirm that I've got ideas for a lot of future episodes already, and here are the titles and individuals involved that I've come up with!

I'm hoping to come up with and remember more ideas as time goes by, but I like this start so far! I don't know when these will publicly release, but hopefully soon! Until then, you all get early and exclusive access to these! Let me know if I should do Bonus panels in the future for each episode exclusive to Patreon!
