I listened to the "Shinsou comforts you to sleep during thunderstorm" so often since Yuyuza's voice depicts him SO WELL. I always imagined Shinsou being a sleepy friend who is really good at helping Y/N fall asleep, and this audio also proves that! He soft mellow comforting boy.
