the "center stage" camera is great! And you're right that most iOS folks don't cross shop android, but I like to think that when they see the comparision shots they think about it a little bit more (wishful thinking maybe, but I'll stick to it)

2025-10-03 09:17:45 +0000 UTCI like the comparisons of the three prominent phones. A friend sends me photos from her S25 and they are sharp and gorgeous. I don’t think apple users cross shop android though, which means the comparison is less relevant for those of us who are too deep already in the apple ecosystem. I bought the orange 17 pro. I always get the weird new color. The purple and green in older pro models were nicer than this color. My wife named it Velveeta. I like it so far. No case and no scratches yet. Though I don’t take tech outside with the same gusto as you do :) Being caseless, this aluminum slips less than the 16 pro titanium. Small wins. I wish we went back to all glossy finishes which stick to my palms better. I am really digging the nicer front camera. Center stage is a bit trippy at first but I like it for video calls with my parents.
