The being is unknown in origin and they aren’t sure if they're human, magical beast or something else but in any case they're using WATER MAGIC! I don’t need to tell you how rare that is and how much of a terrible loss it would be to the world if he’s hunted and killed for his natural gifts! I need you to investigate and find this individual, attached to this letter you'll find a map of his last known sightings but be resourceful, use the magic sensing ability I taught you to find him, rely more on your instincts than your mind. If he is a lost being and he has nowhere else to go, offer them a place at our home. Tell them I can help with their element magic and show them they’re not alone in this world.
