Added 2024-08-28 10:57:02 +0000 UTC退職の準備が変わってきました。一方では、新しい会社で少し問題が発生し、時間がかかりそうです。もう一方では、上司から新人のOJTが終わるまで残るように頼まれています。
苛立ちが募ります。今は夏が終わり、秋に向かっているのに、物事がうまくいかない気がします。

The situation regarding my resignation has taken an unexpected turn. On one hand, something came up with the new company that needs my attention. On the other hand, my boss has asked me to stay on until the new hire completes their OJT (On-the-Job Training).A sense of frustration is building up within me. Although summer is ending and autumn is approaching, nothing seems to be going smoothly.
