If you didn’t receive an email with the ARC download link…

All Atrium and Flock tier members subscribed prior to 7AM EST should’ve received an email with the ARC download link via BookFunnel… however it was brought to our attention that if you A.) opted to hide your email when subscribing/setting up your account, or B.) subscribed using your Apple ID, and therefore only your Apple ID is displayed and not a “working” email… then you wouldn’t have received an email.

While Patreon posts are auto-sent to the primary email linked with that… when sending arcs, I use BookFunnel because it is the most secure way to distribute ARCs, but because it’s a third party, I have to manually copy/paste all emails listed next to your names.

To get your arc, please drop your email in the comments. I will be sending them out in two batches : 7PM EST tonight and 3PM EST tomorrow, so that gives plenty of time for people to see this. And saves me from creating a new campaign email for every single person who still needs one.

If you’ve already been in direct contact with me or Kayla and provided us with your email, disregard this. I already have you listed for the next round of ARCs going out.

After that, to avoid this in the future, see if you can update your email in account settings. Or contact Patreon customer support and see how to proceed. Hopefully it can be done without having to unsubscribe/resubscribe.

Perhaps there’s a way to access emails sent to that private Apple ID “email”… customer service might have the answer. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Either way we will definitely have this figured out for next time.
