Loctar illustrations and sketch

Le début n'était pas fameux et ne collait pas à mon idée des créatures, elle faisait trop insecte au début. Moi, je voulais un design athlétique assez félin imposant la force et la peur.

Here are all the illustrations in the order we went through to get to the final result. The beginning wasn't great and didn't fit my idea of the creatures, it looked too insect-like at first. I wanted an athletic design that was cat-like and imposing strength and fear.
Du coup, nous sommes passés sur ça, mais c'était beaucoup trop incompréhensible et brouillons. Mais on s'est rapproché de ce que je voulais donc on a continué sur cette voie.

So we went through this type of sketch, but it was much too incomprehensible and messy. But we got closer to what I wanted so we continued on that path.
Ensuite, nous sommes arrivés à çà et là, on touchait quelque chose, mais ce n'était pas assez alors on continuer, on peaufinant croquis par croquis.

Then we got to here and there, we touched on something, but it wasn't enough so we continued, refining sketch by sketch.
Au final, on a retenu celui-là comme modèle pour ensuite passer à l'illustration final.

In the end, we chose this one as a model and then moved on to the final illustration.
