Streaming Questions

I tried to stream with my current laptop but it gave me Overheat + auto shutdown result. -.-
My laptop are i5 and Nvidia Geforce 610m 12gb Ram. Man, my laptop are so weak haha.

OBS doesn't use as much power from the system, it's a little confusing and hard to set up, but it's better.
