2018-07-09 06:31:46 +0000 UTCIf they're capsules containing a lighter-than-air gas, then they wouldn't necessarily wreck your stomach, they'd probably just make you burp. If they're lighter-than-air solids - difficult to imagine, but theoretically possible for a sci-fi material, then eating them would probably be bad news unless they soaked up enough saliva to weigh them down. Otherwise, you might be able to swallow them (since the esophagus will push food down even against gravity), but I feel like they'd collect at the esophageal sphincter, which could probably cause BIG problems.
