Now I think it’s starting to affect my waistline, but anytime I mention this to my bf, he just shrugs it off and just keeps feeding me more! I guess it’s not that noticeable… if it were, he would tell me, right?

Nah you haven't put on that much weight those clothes still fit fine nothing's popped off yet still got room to grow 😉.
