NPC replacer & health

Just want to let you know I had surgery yesterday (everything went well) and I'll spend the rest of the week resting and recovering.
However, next week I have some progress images of PAN NPCs - Dragonborn to show you! So far 14 NPCs are done but a few more are being worked on, I'm hoping to complete them and include them in my next post. You can find the current NPC list here.
