Early Access: NPC update - Saffir

The new Saffir has a different (but quite similar) hairstyle as in the image, unfortunately I can't load up LE right now to take an updated picture so here's a crappy picture with the new hair from my SE:
Installation: there is no plugin, just facegen and it does not require a new save. Install/load it right after PAN NPCs and let it overwrite if asked.
Next NPC: Faralda or Hermir Strong-Heart.
