Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing great! I thought I'd share some WIP pictures of the NPC overhaul but first I would like to share some insight into how I work.

When I make characters in racemenu, I do it in two main steps. The first step is to make a decent base, like a rough sketch, of how I want the character to look. If it's a vanilla NPC, I often load up their vanilla head and improve it by smoothing things out, balancing their features etc. I do that for all NPCs before I move on to the next step.

Step 2 is where the magic happens. This is where I fine-tune any facial features, the character's "personality" is added and I select a final hairstyle, warpaints and make any last edits to makeup and other colours.
The screenshots I am showing today (and for the next few weeks) are all in step 1, meaning that a lot can change between now and release. Some I might scratch completely and start over with, and others might only need a little fine-tuning.
