{ star tier+ } Part 3 sneak peeks 07.19.24

hello, hello...

as of this post, since the last time i've updated y'all, Part 3's closeness to completion has gone from 71%, to a baffling 92.8%. SECTION 5 OF 6 is now, finally, fully edited, meaning i only have SECTION 6, the patron secrets, one more puzzle of my own, and the outro segment to work on before Part 3 is fully, absolutely, completely finished.

this post is gonna be a little more brief in words since i'm so close to finishing it that i'm pretty much going into public announcement mode, but i'd still like to say some words on how editing this has been!

SECTION 5 has been...a very interesting one. given it was the Gaster-centric section, i was expecting it to honestly be a lot rougher than it actually was, but that's not to say it didn't slow me down in some spots. while i still have SECTION 6 left to work on, i honestly consider SECTION 5 to be the climax of the whole thing; the thing that this whole series has been building up to, the point where all the tension i had been building up in this analysis finally just releases. and yet, i felt this air of incompleteness to this specific section, but rather than trying to fill the void as much as i could, i think it made more sense to lean into it instead. you'll see what i mean once you get to see it for yourself, hopefully...but, in any case, i think it turned out about as well as it could have. having this section and everything in it finally made into video form is probably the biggest weight off my shoulders in, really, the entire production of this video so far. i'm very very excited to see how people will react to it.

with that said, the plan from here is to give myself a few days to detox, and then i'm gonna get straight to work on the final section, and the outro! it honestly shouldn't take more than a few days for each, but we're gonna see how things go; even after i edit everything at a baseline, i still gotta put it all together and make the final touches, but, if we're keeping this between us, i think this coming week may be the last full week i need before this video is effectively complete. what a fucking journey it's been to get to this point, huh?

genuinely, i'm so glad you all have supported me and have been patient for the production of this video. it is so fucking surreal to see that this is actually just about fully ready to become one complete Experience of a video rather than the several bits and pieces that i've been individually crafting over the months, and i really hope that when it's out, that all the waiting and support y'all have done/given will feel like it's paid off. regardless, i can tell you i did my absolute best with this.

i'll see y'all again soon! i might do one more sneak peeks post once section 6 is done, but we'll see. in any case, the time to announce this thing formally, and in full, is finally rapidly approaching.
