Hi lovely Denise. I debated sharing my unfortunate news but you present as being an open compassionate person so Iโll share I did lose my father to corona virus. Hope that this is not inappropriate for this venue. I feel compelled to encourage everyone to continue to stay as safe as possible. I love the hamstring stretch but have heard debates on the actual benefits vs hazards of the split. Most agree to take it slow if you have to do them. Be well ๐๐น
