2020-08-17 14:19:40 +0000 UTCI fixed my issue. Sorry for jumping the gun and posting when didn't know what i was doing lol. I didn't have certain mods from the Koikatsu BetterRepack that didn't come as part of the H patch3.3. After installing the difference in mods between the two, my Shiba outfits work great now.

2020-08-17 06:45:47 +0000 UTCI think there is something weird going on with her outfits and her headband only works on the first outfit. My patches are up to date and my other Bleach Next21 cards work so I think it's just Shiba.
